Four Men Arrested in Connection with Manhattan Beach Burglary
Three young men and a teenager were arrested for their involvement in a Manhattan Beach burglary this past Monday, according to police at the scene. On that Monday morning, police spotted two of the suspects walking down the street with a single piece of luggage. Once he noticed the police officer, the suspect dropped the bag and they both began running. The officer called for backup and pursued the suspects on foot. A perimeter was then established and one of the suspects was found while the other fled across Aviation Boulevard and into Redondo Beach. With the help of several other local police departments, officers searched for the second suspect, who was found in Redondo Beach. During the pursuit, two other suspects allegedly involved in the burglary were located and taken into custody. The luggage that the suspect was carrying had been stolen from a home just before the first suspects were seen by police.
